highly recommend Gair Gas, they recently replaced our boiler with a much smaller more efficient unit whilst swapping out 11 radiators at the same time, work completed on time at a competitive price. Always ontime , polite and communicate promptly. recommended.

We recently had a new boiler installed by Gair Gas, and I have to say that the work the engineers carried out was very good indeed! The team were amazingly polite, friendly and took great care in doing a fantastic job and clearing up after themselves too. What's more, the engineers arrived at 8am and didn't leave until the job was completed, which was well after 6pm. We've used Gair Gas several times over the years, and this installation reminds us why we use them. True professionals! Then, a couple of days later, we have a delivery of flowers sent to us by Gair Gas as a thank-you for using them! Amazing! Not surprisingly, we will still be using Gair Gas for all our boiler related problems in the future. Well done team!

We had a new boiler, radiators and bathroom tap fitted by Gair Gas. The work was to a high standard, the installation was efficient and clean. The installers were polite and hard working. Highly recommend.

I think they're appalling. To join one of their service plans we had to have full inspection of the system and the initial boiler service with them which we did and everything was in working order with no issues of whatsoever. The boiler, the hot water tank and all the valves are newish, the only comment from the engineer was the radiators are old although all are in good working order with no problems. Paid for the initial service separately, although it should be covered by the plan but they said not the first service, and waited two weeks to know whether they will cover the central heating system. Finally after two weeks they decided they can only cover the boiler as the radiators are old despite the fact they're all perfect condition and working order. This come after our current plan with the previous provider has expired which we did not renew as we thought we will be covered by GairGas which was recommended to us as a good local company and we had no issues in the past seven years coverages by different suppliers. I don't know why we had to do the boiler service with them in first place as all what they needed to do just do a quick system inspection without paying for a service and they could have given us the answer whether they will or will not cover the system there and then without the two weeks delay, however, doing it this way they would not have got the £60.00 service fee which we'll have to do again with another provider to cover the system, so makes you wonder is this just a scam!

I was pleased that Gair gas attended to my hot water (or lack of) so promptly. They phoned me as soon as they had the part to book me in. The replacement turned out to be quite tricky but the engineers stayed until it was complete and my hot water was working again. They were very polite and friendly and cleaned the area they had been working in before they left. I will definitely use them again.
