They fit us into their schedule the day after we called and got us up and running with hot water again. The special bonus was them making the house pipes quiet too. They’re fun, fast, knowledgeable, & experienced guys. They even made a courtesy check up call just to make sure things were functioning as they should. Highly recommend!
Clay and Zach are amazing duo. They literally just left my house, so you know I really liked the job the did if im writing a review, let alone this quickly! I came home yesterday to a busted water heater and water all over the floor. Thus, no water for the rest of the night and morning. After trying to find a plumber to help with this problem (and getting cast aside and/or not getting calls returns), a trusted friend recommended Clay. Not only did clay rearrange his crazy busy day to come save the day, but he and Zach were true professionals and with a sense of humor. Listening to the friendly banter was worth every penny alone. But I digress...long story short, they went above and beyond to basically take apart the cabinetry that hosted the water heater (VERY undersized space), removed the old unit, replaced it with a much much much much better quality unit, put my cabinetry back together and did it all with a smile. I would likely be out of water another night if these guys hadn’t saved me last minute. I see why they are Best of the Boat rated. Two happy thumbs up. Can’t wait for a warm shower! I had no hot water for two days until I called Clay. 15 minutes later everything was working and no more cold showers. This was after hours too. Clay I owe you a Red Bull!
Perfect Slope Plumbing has saved my butt TWICE now!!!!! I manage property and I have local residence here in Steamboat.As anyone will tell you, you can't get a plumber for weeks EVER. But Clay Custer will come and he will fix your plumbing, your toilet, a leak, the kitchen, whatever touches water. Perfect Slope Plumbing work is superb - if you're going to pay to have something fixed, it should get fixed and that is exactly what Perfect Slope does.
