Byron showed up 2 minutes early; which is definitely on time. He knew how to do his job yet was super polite and explained the process in detail. Fixed the problem and educated about potential future issues without any attempt to upsell. I'm amazed that there is a well run competent business in this area. Give Byron a raise. THANKS!!

When you are desperate for service,these are your guys.I called 4 other companies that I found on google and in the phone book. Roto-Rooter in Montrose was the 5th company I called and the first to answer their phones. On a Friday night. I was feeling raged at the amount local companies I called that advertised 24/7 service and would not answer their phones. I even called a company in Delta that advertised 24/7 but would not answer. My sewer backed up into my downstairs tub and these guys came out and had it fixed in less then an hour. They even did everything from outside from a pipe that accessed my sewer I didn't even know was there.Thank you so much for being the only company to answer your phones and getting out to my house as quickly as possible and getting my issues fixed.
