The salesman was knowledgeable when asked questions, didn't over do the normal 'salesman' speak. The company didn't try to force a sale and were keen to point out they can install a large variety of panels and batteries so the customer has the best choice. Their price was the most competitive of all our quotes but their overall customer service was also the best. The workman on the day were polite, tidy and the workmanship impressed. I'd highly recommend Forever Green Energy if you are considering having an installation.

Just had Forever Green Energy install a solar array on my roof and I'm delighted with the results. From the very start, their sales consultant was helpful and knowledgeable, wasn't pushy, and gave me a competitive quote for a system that outperformed systems from competing suppliers. The 30 year performance + 20 year manufacturer's product warranty on panels (310W each), and a 20 year manufacturer's warranty on the solar inverter was unmatched by 3 other companies (up to 285W panels with 25yr performance and 10 - 15yr product warranties). From the scaffolding team, the installation team and the admin team, everyone has been helpful beyond the call of duty. I received an unexpected phone call from their MD, Ben, to thank me for my custom the day after installation and ensure I understood the process that followed regarding my FIT application. The installation itself is as neat and well executed as it could be. Fitting panels perfectly around 3 velux windows, the neat mounting of the inverter and the outside cable run to my fuse box (cleverly hidden wherever possible), all met or exceeded expectations. Companies like this are few and far between in my opinion. They demonstrated quality in all areas, so it goes without saying that I highly recommend them to anyone considering a solar array.
