Jim Jenner Plumbing treated me to a wonderful experience. They diagnosed my problem in a minute and then fixed it at a excellent price. Bill & Charley treated me & my home like gold. The work was done swiftly. These are excellent people who know what they are doing. Christa even offered me a payment option which was a big blessing. Their attitude and ethics are excellent. This all happened after a local plumber came and did not fix the problem nor cared to try to come back and try to fix it. He got my money and told me "maybe another plumber with better equipment could help me"! Atrocious business ethics. He never offered to come back and I called him within 36 hours of his being here. This was very upsetting especially since I am disabled. I have been raving to my neighbors and friends about Jim Jenner. They made up for a lot of the pain the first plumber caused our family. God bless this honest ethical company. They will be my only plumber and I look forward to using and recommending them again & again!
