Rang Alex on an emergency, arrived VERY VERY quickly and got onto the task which turned into much more than a general 'leak'. He cancelled his next job so he could give my problem his full attention. Absolute gent thank you soo much for saving our brand new kitchen. Not all hero's wear capes, but this hero welds a plumber's spanner. Absolute legend. Thank you again. If anyone needs anything plumbing wise done this is the man for the job and very very easy to pay.
5stars is not enough to give Alex who has just finished a bathroom refurbishment at our home. Honest, professional, tidy, worker who has gone above and beyond to give us a beautiful family bathroom, finished to the highest standards. He was a stikler for the wee final touches, that just finished the bathroom off to perfection. A few problems arose during the project that we were not expecting due to old heating pipes from 35years ago, but Alex handled the situation promptly, efficiently and with minimal distruption. If you are looking for a reliable plumber, (turns up when he says he is going to) then Alex is your guy. We put our trust in Alex and he did not let us down. Really happy customer that will continue to use Alex's services in the future.
Can't thank Alex and Ben enough. They had a big challenge with our heating and were here way past there working hours, they worked really hard and got our heating sorted and even sorted a problem with our bathroom which they weren't expecting.
