The last service wasn’t done properly.. called for appointment so many times but Nathan was too busy to call back but when he finally called back, he told me I’m too far for him to come to!!??? Waited more than 3 weeks and finally , last night my boiler broke down! I have a partner recovering from cancer and is very weak .. the whole flat is cold and there’s no hot water! Still waiting for refund of all the monthly payment since Sept 2016.. Thinking of getting compensation with the help of my lawyer but too stressful due to looking after my partner.. This is really unprofessional.. the stress I’m in now ..
