Tried to unblock our drain but gave up very quickly saying we had a major problem, probably a collapsed drain. Advised us we would need to dig up the patio and spend a fortune on major works to fix the issue. Called out Lanes for Drains for a second opinion and they fixed the problem within half an hour with no issues and left the site much cleaner. Would not recommend this company.
