Tom was out this morning to fix a issue with water flow/garbage disposal that I called about just yesterday. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Fixed the problem in no time and took the time to educate me on the issue. I didn’t feel taken advantage of as with most other companies in the area. Will definitely be using him and the company for future repairs.

Tom was an excellent and professional technician. He was courteous and informative . He spent time to make sure that I understood what he was checking and working on. I am very happy with Tom as well as the company that he works for. I have found my plumber in Castle Rock.

I had Tom working on my pluming. He took the time to explain what was going on with my system. He was wonderful and did a great time. I really appreciate that courtesy pluming has such good employees. If I need any more work done I will be requesting got Tom to donut.

My husband and I used Courtesy Plumbing and Heat for a new water heater purchase and installation. We upgraded from a 40 gallon to 50 gallon and brought it to code with an expansion tank. When it came time for payment Tiffany, the office manager, stated (after speaking with the technician) that my husband was asked if he had any coupons and he stated no. I asked my husband if that was true, and he recalled just being asked if he had any questions. Within a couple of hours of the service being rendered I called to see if the price included the $200 off coupon that is available on the website. Tiffany said that the price did not include the coupon. I've emailed and left a voicemail with Tiffany asking for it to be honored, but she has not yet responded. I emailed Kris, the GM, and he also has yet to respond. I am disappointed they did not extend the courtesy of honoring the coupon. Two stars for providing an excellent installation, but poor customer service with management.
