I got a quote for £38.88 for a new window lock. The man came out measured it up told us we woukd get the same lock. When they came to fit it it was a completely different lock so i complained i was then told they might not be able to get the same lock as requested. I told the fitter to fit that one to stop the draft and that I could have done that for £5 myself off if Amazon. Total rip off merchants as i had already paid nearly £30 deposit, looks like the same lock off of Amazon i was looking at. Not Happy with this company and would definitely recommend YOU LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE.
Nice windows, friendly office staff/estimator and well priced. Shame the window fitter let himself down when he arrived an hour early and then expected my pregnant wife to run down the street to let him in
Poor service, treated us like second class citizens, would not recommend
This building / windows/ plumbing firm come highly recommended, we use them alot and have been extremely happy with their work.A friendly bunch of people
Having been told not to use this company, I wish I'd listened. We were promised a quote within 5 days which never arrived, we chased it 3 times, each time to be told it would be with us in 5 days, it never arrived. I called today to complain and told them that I no longer wanted their quote and the only response I got was 'OK, in a very couldn't be bothered attitude. I then questioned why they weren't even apologising to which I got no reply. I then said and this is why you have a bad name to which I once again received the reply 'OK'. This company clearly doesn't give a damn about their customers, they have a bad reputation locally but I was prepared to give them a chance. So glad I didn't as goodness know what the workmanship would have been like
