Amazing service . I won’t go anywhere else. . Friendly fast and efficient service. Boiler broke down . No flame ???? in boiler. Called and they came out and repaired within an hour . £36 well spent on a snowy cold day. Big thanks to the team. ????????????

Moorheat installed a new boiler at my home today. The whole experience, from site survey and quote through to completion of the Install, was first rate. Richard and Steve were so friendly and helpful throughout the process and delivered good old fashioned customer service. Their pricing was excellent, and I could tell that they took a great deal of pride in their work. I will definitely be using them for my ongoing servicing, and I really feel that their offer of support should I have any issues or queries was a genuine one. They were both very courteous and respectful of my home and sought approval before going upstairs to bleed radiators etc. In spite of my positivity I must assure you I'm not affiliated with the company at all - I just think it's important to recognise good service when you experience it.

Called to book a boiler service, got answering machine - left message with details - no call back. Called again about 1 week later left message again and added if I didn't hear anything back I would presume he wasn't interested, this was 2-3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing!!!
