This company sent a plumber the same day to fix a dripping tap. I was not provided with a receipt for the part that needed to be replaced but charged £30 (plus £100 labor). The next day the leak was worse - it was now a constant stream of water not a drip. I asked for someone to fix it and was told it would be 5 days. I would not recommend.
