Called pm24 at 9am, had a very nice chap called Micheal turn up at 10:30.. had a very awkward leak under concrete, most plumbers had failed to repair. Michael sorted it with his very positive can do attitude.... I now have hot water and am very happy!! Well done team ... totally recommend. Shane kyte
