We called them to have a FREE quote for a new boiler because the one we have was leaking. The guy that came over said that the boiler we have is fine and just hand-tightened a valve saying that that might have been the problem. It took maybe 1 minute. He didin't even ask us before doing anything. We offered to give him something to thank him straight away and we were going to call him back another day to service our boiler. He said that we had to give him 90 pounds because that's the call out charge (when on the website it clearly says "No call-out charge!" ). That's very bad. I don't think we will use this company again.
