Do not use this company for your plumbing or electrical problems. Seriously, don’t waste your time. Look somewhere else. They will overcharge you and scam you. I had a problem and the plumber, Paul, fix only half the job. I called back the same day to tell them it wasn’t fixed and they still charged me for two separate jobs. I called several other plumbing companies after this and they ALL do Same Call charges. It took me ages to get a hold of Zoe, the manager, and she refused to refund me even just the extra labor charges. I was appalled at how rude she was to me. I even went to the address online to see if I could talk with her in person but the address was an apartment complex. So sketchy! Don’t trust this company!
