They came to my house and looked over our issues. Rep was very friendly and I appreciated his time. We never received an estimate despite several phone calls asking for one.

With my old, downtown building, they always schedule me in conveniently - since anything with plumbing seems like an emergency. They are thorough to diagnose and quick to fix. This last round was to fix something "the other guy" did years ago, so I'm especially glad I started using them since!

The way the two men who came to my house talked to me was extremely rude and seemed very manipulative to me. I apologized for the smell and the one guy said "Whoo! Smells like lots of money to me!" And the other guy said my issue was making him reconsider being a plumber. Then they proceeded to tell me that the quote from the previous visit by two different men (which I thought was reasonable) was not going to cover the work, but wouldn't even give me a number. I asked them to leave and will not be calling them again. Horrible, rude "service"

Worst ever. A/C broke and they could've cared less, tell me to wait for a week.... Thanks to OUT of town company for the same day service. Support local company? Yeah right.

I can't rate their work, only their customer service as I was told 3 times, count em 3, that someone would be out to do the work and all 3 times no one showed up!!! They don't return calls and I was told by an insider, they prioritize the calls so if you're on the schedule, but a more lucrative job comes in, they blow off the cheaper job. That certainly wouldn't surprise me, as they have utterly horrible customer service, so even if you are able to get a hold of someone, don't expect them to actually show up!!!
