My biomass boiler broke down. I made contact with Ben who was very helpful and would have been willing to send an engineer but advised me to look more locally as they are a good way from me. Very helpful.

These guys are brilliant and so helpful. if i need advice or info on a biomass fault they never grumble when i call and can normally guide me through the problem without a call out!! Highly recommend
