This time Rochdale Plumbing & Heating Solutions took care of some plumbing issues like a water heater, a pop up on a sink and plugged drain. Excellent work and nice people. Highly recommend.

Booked a job in around 10 days ago now, booked for 09:30 am... No show at 10:00am, so call thw office regarding this, knocked back until 13:00, 13:30 , still no engineer on site. Call the office again, hardly knowing what's going on, she contacted and linked me with engineer directly after calling me up thinking she dialed the engineer having a go at me for not being there and making the customer unhappy, until I stated I was the customer and she'd called the wrong number. Either way.Knocked back until 14:30-15:00 , guess what still no engineer! Called the engineer not 5 mins ago and now he's quoting 18:00 maybe.. Maybe!? Told him to leave it, lost a lot of custom here as there's a few jobs needed doing.! Thank you for nothing, Kind regards. For the record I'd have given you no stars but there isn't an option.!

If I’ll name an excellent company that tops others through providing amazing plumbing services it will be no other than Rochdale Plumbing & Heating Solutions! They listen and give very helpful advises and tips too! You can really tell that they value their customers and they charge their prices very fairly!

We had been having issues with both our bathroom sinks for quite some time. I called Rochdale Plumbing & Heating Solutions Monday afternoon, and arranged a time for the very same day. I was called 30 mins before the technician arrived informing me of his eta. Was friendly professional, informative and had the issue removed by snaking the sink in no time. Altogether great service, would recommend in a heartbeat.

The technician only used advanced plumbing supplies and the outcome of his work was beyond outstanding. Thank you again for the amazing work. We really appreciate it!
