We had a leak in our kitchen sink drain. I called Arlin and he said he had a super busy day, but would look at it between jobs. After he looked at it he said he may not be able to fix it the same day, but said he could the next day. A few hours later he was back and said he shifted his schedule to be able to get our kitchen back online. He completed the drain pipe replacement and also replaced the cheap shutoff valves the were leaky with much better quarter turn ball valves. When he was done he noticed that the water pressure was low coming out of the sink and tore apart the faucet to find the cartridge had debris in it and was damaged. He said I could get a free replacement from the manufacturer and showed me how to install it. After all the work was done and I saw the invoice I was extremely pleased. Very fair price for the work done. Arlin was nothing but professional during our entire exchange.
