You were right - Doug IS awesome. Last night got a bit colder than usual for Morrison... we left the faucet dripping, but got up in the morning, turned on the sink... Flowed for ten seconds and stopped. All sinks and toilets stopped. Frozen. Called Doug, explained our situation... He was here in two shakes and got it fixed even faster. We were lucky nothing burst. Doug, was awesome! He came out to see what the issue was, we had a leak under the kitchen sink. He said that we needed a new faucet. He also had recommendations for kitchen faucets. He was out to fix it in a couple days. We had appointments that didn’t allow him to get it done sooner. Didn’t take him long. And the price was right. My husband didn’t have to do it. Makes me happy. And my husband hates plumbing. Doug is a true professional. We will continue to us him. Thank you!
