We had a problem with smells from drains inside the house and other companies could not isolate it. Diamond Drainage ran a camera survey through the pipes that were large enough for the camera in order to check the situation. Before connecting the kitchen drain up to a new junction they sensibly ran water through it first and noticed that there was a split in this lead pipe. They then formed a sealed connection to the junction. Due to their thorough and careful work the situation has now been rectified. We would certainly recommend Diamond Drainage.
Diamond Drainage came to resolve a soakaway problem on my septic tank. They were very quick to respond, a friendly and knowledgeable technician came and solved the problem with no drama. I would definitely use these guys again - very impressed. The price was pretty reasonable too.
We returned home from work to find our ground floor flat flooded from external blocked drains. I called Diamond Drainage and they were on site within 15 minutes. Another 20 minutes and the receiver tank outside was completely cleared and water jetted, the inside drains were checked to ensure free flow and everything was back to normal, bar the mess. AN EXCELLENT RESPONSE AND AN EXCELLENT REPAIR. WELL DONE DIAMOND DRAINAGE.
