Very rude and unprofessional Customer service Adviser. When I made an official complaint about the lady call handler, I was told that they are still undergoing training. My question is why ask someone that has not been trained to handle calls from customers? Very poor service

Replaced our boiler, cylinder and radiator trv's, worked for 1 evening now only half works and apparently its a pre-existing fault that's only come to light 20 years after moving in ! Use at your peril

My landlord Housing for Women arranged this company to attend my home on 20/08/18 to repair the noisy fan in my kitchen. The fan had never worked before not made a noise since 2012. I emailed Watret to ask what time they would be attending. I then received an email which stated that the engineer had been to my home but had no access and my landlord had not given them my full address. (No one attended my home). I then emailed back stating no one attended & how could they attend if they didn’t have a full address? I was then told that the engineer went to the wrong address. The engineer arrived the next morning. I showed him how the only way to turn off the fan was by switching off the lights from the mains. I also explained that the fan had never worked before and no other neighbours fans made a sound. I also showed him the loud noise coming out from the vent outside my kitchen window. He said the fan was working but needed soundproofing. He contacted Watret to arrange a builder but was told that our building is still under a 10 year guarantee and that my landlord would not pay and would get the builders Willmott Dixon to carry out the repair. I have had the council visit my home who have told me the fan should not be on 24/7 and should not need to have to switch off the lights from the mains in order to switch it off. The fan should operate as and when needed. Switching it off by turning off the lights from the mains is a Health and Safety hazard. Having the fan on 24/7 is costing me extra costs in electricity and sleep deprivation to my child as it is very loud, which then forces me to switch off the lights from the mains leaving us without lighting. According to Housing for Women Watret have stated that the fan is fit for purpose but no mentions of the soundproofing. The fan is not fit for purpose and 100% should not be making loud noises and should not be on 24/7 nor should it require switching lights off from the mains for the fan to turn off. Out of 38 homes in my block, my fan is the o my one that is making a nuisance loud motor noises, the only one that is one 24/7 and the only one that has to be turned off by switching the lights off from the mains. Due to the report sent by Watret engineer, Housing for Women are now dismissing and covering up this disrepair instead of rectifying it. I know my legal rights and I know that the fan is not operating how it should therefore the fan is not fit for purpose.

I've had it up to here with this company, they always call you and say your engineer can not come today, or they expect you to stay in all day and wait for them to just turn up. On more than 10 occasions in the past 2/3 years they have failed me. Fair enough 8/10 they sort the problem when they turn up but getting them to stick to a day is very unlikely! They end up messing up your days. Very unprofessional.
