My HOA uses Block's Plumbing and Heating for 24/7 service when emergencies come up. Mark answered my call at midnight right away. He was on site in a short amount of time and was able to diagnose and fix the plumbing issue immediately. Once the work was done, I followed up to find out what had happened. He returns calls and explains the entire scope of work very clearly. I will be using him in my future.
