Charlie was excellent. He had to get into a tight space to access the leak and his perseverance and determination was impressive. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why and successful resolved the leak to my great relieve. He was professional and knew his trade. Would certainly have him do plumbing work for me in the future, should I ever need it again. Solid young man.
