I thought I had san issue with my hot water but after speaking to an extremely helpful engineer who happened to be in the office he diagnosed the issue meaning there was no immediate need for a plumber. This is outstanding service and I will be using JC when the part eventually needs replacing. You can’t beat honest advice. Well done JC.
We have been using J.C. Gas for over ten years. They managed to keep our very old boiler going for many years and finally installing a new one. Always happy with their work and especially yesterday when Ashley gave us some excellent advice on our leaking hot water cylinder that cured the problem.
Never used them but just watched one of their employees chuck his sandwich package out of his van. Disgusting. Pretty poor advert for the company I thought. Would not use them now.
