We have used Novel care few times now and have been very satisfied every time. Very professional. They provide you with an hour window for when they will be at your house at time of booking and then a text or email approximately a 1/2 hr prior to when they show up on the day of. This was very convenient as I work fairly close to home so I could wait for their text before heading home to meet them, instead of having to be at home waiting for them for the entire 1/2 day.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. They are honest people that will do what is best for you and not try to sell you on something you do not need. I had another company come out and tell me that our boiler was beyond repair and that it would cost me $9800 to replace it. Then Novel Care comes in and instead of trying to get me to buy new they replaced the part that was defective for $260.00. I am so thankful that I got in touch with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We have had 2 experiences with Novel Care. The first was with Jordan. He came out to fix the blower motor in our furnace. He was polite, friendly and timely. He shared his knowledge with us very clearly and took the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciate that. The second experience was with Sean, It was a Saturday and our furnace motor started to run very roughly and loudly. We called and he got back to us very quickly. He said he was in the area so could squeeze us in as he had many many calls to tend to due to the cold weather. It was a very quick fix. We truly appreciate his quick response and his willingness to take care of us. It fixed a problem that could have caused the blower motor to burn out. It shows how much they care about taking care of there customers. Thanks Novel Care!!
