Hippo Heating

Failed to arrive on time. Had to follow up. Eventually arrived, didn't provide quotes despite advising he would on multiple occasions. Have recommended this company to quite a few friends in the past as he resolved a boiler issue a few years ago. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

Great at first sight. Promised to come back next day to fix our boiler. Never turned up, neither called back, so we were left with no heating for the whole weekend with little kids in a cold house. Not a great customer service, at least you could send a text to say to look for someone else! Many thanks won't call you again!

Hippo Heating installed a new boiler and heating system for me three years ago and have looked after it ever since. Fantastic service, efficient and leaves everything so clean and tidy. I really wouldn't use any other plumber in this area.

Excellent job. My boiler was failing and I needed help and advice. Nathan was able to explain my options and what would be involved as I needed to resite the boiler at the same time. This was always going to be a big job but disruption was kept to a minimum and a tidy job was done in the three days I was told to expect. I'm really happy with the finished installation and would happily recommend Hippo Heating.
