Incredibly rude contractor. Parked in the assigned parking instead of the empty quest parking then argued with the me about being able to stay there for the entire job. I pay to live here and you do not. You have no right to steal parking spaces simply because you are too lazy to move. I actually had to call a tow truck to remove the rude contractor. I would never hire anyone who will start fights with my neighbors while hes working.

Have used Quality Drain numerous times on my rental units and referred to other associates always professional service and highly recommend to anyone needing sewer cleanout or video issues.

He came out to a house we were considering buying and scoped the line until he hit a stopping point because of an offset, and gave us a DVD. When we reported that the DVD didn't play (tried on three laptops and a DVR player) he came back and tried to scope the line again, this time from the cleanout. He came and only got two feet, and gave us another DVD. This time it worked and he didn't charge us for the second time.
