Unreliable, avoid. He missed the first appointment and was late for the second one. I showed him around and explained the problems. He took a parking voucher and went to get his tools from his van while I took a phone call. Ten minutes later he had disappeared while I was on the phone and sent a text saying he "had to pop out and would be back shortly". He never came back and never returned my calls. Absolute waste of time.
