I've used the team many times from general plumbing to a new boiler installation and for the ongoing service lots of times over the years. I've always had top quality service and customer experience. Highly recommended.
The engineer who changed my boiler was fine but the lady in charge of the booking and payment was unprofessional. She even managed to use my bank details without my permission! I paid 50% upfront on the phone, she kept my bank details and used them to get the remaining 50%. I wasn't even late or anything. She had no reason to do that and it's illegal to keep someone's card details without their permission. Don't go there, their expensive and obviously not worth it!
Professional office staff and a good swift repair to my old boiler, not happy that the plumber tried to convince me and my wife that he made gin for Harrods and Fortnum Masons in his spare time. He needs to drink less gin, he was very nice.
