I’ve used this company for the first time to replace a faulty heating pump. I’ve spoke with John over the phone and email about the work that needs to be done. I have sent him pictures and a video with the area as well as old pump and the new one. We have agreed that the price would be £120 plus Vat for one hour and one Heating engineer. John poped I’m in the middle of the work, and then his engineer said he needs to charge with commercial rate. At that time I have found this very unprofessional and rude. The work took 4h and charged £1100. This is ridiculously high price. Based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend. John definitely needs to improve his business skills. Update: John called me and said that I should remove this review. I’ve emailed him, and said that the price I was charged for this work wasn’t what we agreed and was extremely high. I don’t know anybody who would charge for £270 for one hour is work on a normal working day. He never replied.

Highgate Heating were recommended by a neighbour but I got 4 quotes anyway and they came in the cheapest. I was also told it would take 2 days and these guys managed to do it in 1 day....on a Saturday ...albeit for a little extra cost than originally quoted but at least we were home which made it easier. All in all, they were trustworthy and efficient and we were extremely happy with the job done and will definitely use them again. Highly Recommend.

I got home late from work on a Friday night to find my boiler on the blink - no hot water or heating, nightmare! I called Highgate Heating and John was kind enough to make it over to my house within only 40 minutes. I am pleased to say he even fixed the problem within 5. Super cheerful and helpful, cannot recommend enough. Thanks.
