Mike and his crew did a great job on the installation of our new air conditioner! They were professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Mike and crew were quick to respond and make things right when we had problems with our old unit. Turns out, the people who previously installed the unit didn't retrofit our ductwork properly. Mike helped us understand our options so that we could make the right decision and investment in our home. His crew came out and installed our new unit in the blistering heat during the worst heat wave of the summer. They worked so hard! It's obvious the crew wants to do great work and deliver quality products and services. Also, the office crew was very helpful, quick to respond and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
In exchange for them to service the products they installed with a warranty, I change my 1 star rating to a 3 star. We will see if the changes Mike has made will indeed impact the customer service they have been lacking. Hopefully others do not have the 2 month ordeal and constant miscommunication (on their part) I had to put up with. Update: The owner made right coming to my office to fix an issue that we were having for free. I appreciated that he didn't charge for a quick fix.
The team showed up on time with everything required to install a heating and air conditioning system. They accommodated me as I needed the old furnace removed so I could install a new flooring product.,They took the time to do things the right way without short cuts. I had my ducts cleaned as part of the install package. They were able to get my ducts cleaned for the first time in 29 years. Excellent work by all. Highly recommend Smith for your Plumbing and HVac needs.
Quick fix and good work! I was very pleased with the quick, professional and efficient plumbing service i received from Smith's today. I had a squeal in the pipes for almost a year and couldn't figure it out. Nathaniel knew right away how to fix it and he did a fabulous job! Thank you!! =D
