Called them at 8.15 this morning. They were on site before 9am. After a quick investigation the issue was identified and cleared using the jet wash. Then they thoroughly checked the issue was resolved before packing away. All resolved in less than 2 hours from my first call. Brilliant service and very reasonable call out charge inc first hour.
