Attended within 24 hours for a non-emergency issue. Really knowledgable - explained all issues, provided different solutions and answered questions. Polite and courteous. Very professional. Competitive rates. Local to Brighouse. Highly recommended.
The service was fast and very efficient. The plumber came at the agreed time. It was a difficult problem to solve as to where the drain was blocked. He was thorough and persistent. He had a drain camera and a drain locator which enabled him to see where the water was flowing. He eventually found the blockage and cleared it by hand. We now know where our drains flow and what we need to do to ensure that the problem does not occur. Brilliant service, lovely chap, good value. Thanks a lot.
