Fantastic, friendly and reliable service. Installed a new boiler for me - gave me the choice of two options, one more affordable option and a premium option - I took the premium option as it comes with a 10 year warranty, including all parts and labour. I also have a monthly service contract with Heat Secured, covering my full central heating system, radiators and all, for an affordable price. Great to support family business like this, would recommend to anyone in the Central Belt.

Great company - All the staff are very professional - heating engineers and office staff make the place run like clockwork. Got a new combo boiler fitter in 2016, competitive prices and tidy jobs. Annual services done since have been spot on. Highly recommended.

The engineer from heat secured was arranged by the company we have our boiler breakdown cover with. He got our boiler going but had said he thought the pcb was on its way out and then the next day it failed again. He came back a few days later with a new pcb but it was the wrong one he brought and said he would be back later with the correct part. The next we know is he that he tells our breakdown cover company that our boiler isn't standard (even though it was perfectly standard on his first visit when he got it going!) and on the back of this they cancel our breakdown cover. With a lot of complaining, I eventually got the breakdown cover company to send another engineer and he confirmed that the boiler is perfectly standard and that the heat secured engineer was wrong and had given incorrect information to the detriment of our policy. Due to heat secureds incompetence and frankly lies, we have been without heating for near on 2 weeks now while trying to untangle this. When we called heat secured to get an explanation of exactly why their engineer said the boiler was non standard, they could give no reason and hung up on us telling us not to call again. I suspect they said it was non standard because they had brought the wrong part initially and they wouldn't get paid by the breakdown cover company to come back a second time round as it was their mistake. It's easier for heat secured to lie about our boiler being non standard knowing that the boiler breakdown cover company would believe them, and wouldn't need to spend any more time or money dealing with it. Absolute disgrace of a company with no moral standards and with an incompetent engineer and owner that will happily lie to cover their mistakes. The breakdown cover people are not much better given they didn't even question what was non standard according to the engineer and accepted his opinion without question.

Would not use again. Failed to deliver service on agreed date having waited in all morning. They only pick up and check parts on the day of fitting so if anything goes wrong you are left with no service. Terrible "tough luck" attitude to customers.
