New boiler was fitted in November 2018 on behalf of the council after my other boiler would keep breaking down, few weeks ago now it wasnt working right, so council sent a gas enginneer in they didnt fix the problem as the next day the same issue, after asking the council to send you guys in and after speaking to Gary got an appointment the following day after some work the problem was finally solved your enginneer was a saint as ive had hotter water than ive ever had in the 7 years ive lived in my house ???????????????? would highly recommend

Left us with a hole in our wall for 2 weeks, and then had the gall to chase for payment before the work was finished. Didn't really show any sympathy, especially as we had a 1-year old. Quote was unclear - that they don't include VAT is hidden on a second page, buried under up-sell.

Got the job done, would use again, in comparison to the many no show private companies and tradesmen I tried before t.b. Mackay, they are ahead of the game, just.

Work was well done but the electrician was here for three hours 55minutes and I was charged for 6 hours labour.
