Left me with no hot water and heating on numerous occasions with my toddler. Longest they have left me is 4 days! Very rude staff too

Over two weeks to fix hot water. Not going to even get into who they left without hot water. Thank god it’s not cold!

Shocking experience with heat care. They did not seem interested that there was no hot water or heating in my flat during the winter months. Eventually had to find another company to carry out the services required.

Great service, we decided to switch to a Combi boiler after some great advice. Heatcare fitted the boiler without any hassle, the guys did a neat and tidy job wouldn’t hesitate to use heatcare again!

Friendly staff ie engineers but service and appointments etc not great
