Not really that happy. The guy came and cleared our drain and then proceeded to take a jet hose and spray muck and sh*t all over the side of my house, back door and my gate. He took my card details using a mobile phone and told me 'the boss' would send me a receipt, which I never received.
A brilliant company quick clean service with a reasonable price! Cannot more highly recommend! Diamond service
Our property had a number of gutters/downpipes blocked by autumnal leaves. Despite being initially quoted an exorbitant figure, we negotiated a price with QuickDrainClear to clear all the drains. Their worker, Willie Hamilton, also confirmed a 90 day warranty for the work. Out of professional respect, we did not stand over him whilst clearing the drains, which it transpired he did not complete. When we phoned later to claim under the ‘warranty’, and after leaving several messages, we were told - by the very same worker - we should have checked at the time whether he had completed clearance of ALL the drains! To us, it was irrelevant whether he had been supervised - he had agreed a price to clear all the drains, they had received payment promptly and we were within the 90 day period. We attempted to reason with him that QuickDrainClear would surely want to take pride in completing all its work and that maintaining the perception of a professional service would have greater value than the marginal cost of revisiting the site to finish the job, but he refused to attend without additional payment. Hence, it's difficult to write anything positive about a drain clearing service which proved incapable of completing what should have been a straightforward task and wanted additional payment for a worker to return and maybe do the job properly second time around whilst offering a worthless guarantee. Our analogous summary: if you take your car to a garage and pay them to re-inflate all the tyres, you presume they won't hand it back with a flat and certainly you expect them to complete the task without further charge!
