Wow, really interesting demo and explanation of our water. Nick did a great job and was able to answer all of our questions about the water, their system, and what difference it could make. Very knowledgeable and easy going.

When your provider arrives to test and explain what is in or not in your water, including the different treatments to correct your system, I hope you get Susan C. From the moment you open the door she has a sense about her that makes you feel like an 'ol friend has come to visit. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. She was quick to call her "boss" when we asked a question she was unable to answer. She put him on speaker and he too was just as friendly and informative. No doubt our water would improve with this system.We have already started putting funds into our piggy bank. Susan C, she is the BEST!!!

Nick was a real pleasure to have come by and test my water. The tests are all very interesting and I learned much about water quality. He was very professional and patient with all the questions I had. He even tolerated my 6 month old puppy!
