They left my conservatory rooftop open for the high winds and heavy rain to enter. I've been waiting 7 days for them to repair the rotting wood and to sort out the cracked plaster the rain caused. When we phone them they never called us back. Phoned again today 19/06.Then a lady says she doesn't know what we are on about. Yet when we called that number yesterday a different lady says she would call us back in a little while to give us the time the team are coming over to sort everything out. Terrible company to talk to. They need to sort things out ASAP
I'm waiting and have been for 2 weeks to fit a shower on behalf of my housing association.. It is now 26th Feb and they reckon they can't fit it till 7th march.. That leaves 3 adults.. 1 disabled.. Without any real means to wash other than a sink!! Make your own milk d up before booking them.... . D. King.
A friend recommended FSG Property Services when my boiler needed replacing. One of their gas engineers came out to survey quickly and did a great job at installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler. They were really friendly and professional, and even gave me a 7 year guarantee! I would definitely recommend FSG and will be contacting them in the future for a quote on my home extension.
