So basically. Had this lad and his mate in to undertake a project which granted was behind. After the first fix we had the following issues. -the 2 baths need to come out as they are too close to the tiles as the taps don’t work (cost labour and tiles to us) -Shower valve on top floor had to be altered because the plate doesn’t fit as recessed to far (cost labour/tiles to us) -one basin we’ve had to chop out the wall behind (luckily) to move the feeds as too close to shower screen when basin would of been fitted -no waste fitted to top floor shower and this had been tiled (more tiles off and tray out) -we’ve 1st fixed 3 toilets that we were told needed altering as the pans were incorrect however the correct toilets were in the boxes downstairs (massive labour and materials costs for making and tiling boxing’s) Charged us 1500 quid for stuff we had to put right and let us down for second fix 4 days before handover! Granted there was the birth of a child however there was 2 in the team. Blag artists-talk a good job disappear when they get found out!
