Waited in all morning only to be sent a text, not even the courtesy of a call, to say that 'a staff member had phoned in sick' and could they book me in one day next week. I took my custom elsewhere. Terrible.

Phoned regarding water leaking through hall ceiling . Responded within the time we had agreed and despite very difficult access below a tiled floor repaired the leak and additionally installed two isolation valves to avoid future problems. Very clean efficient and tidy workers and many thanks to James and Josh.

Complete letdown. Sent 2 guys to service my OIL boiler who were GAS engineers. Had to wait another week for the service and sat and waited. I rang them only to be told that they had sent an email to an old account (I'd given them the new one which they had used to confirm the appointment on) the day before to say they weren't coming. Promised a call back and that didn't happen either! Avoid at all costs!

Terrible Customer Care. Did not turn up for two separate appointments and then sent a text offering a third appointment a week later.
