My AC went out during the two days of extreme heat in July. I called the emergency service after hours and they promptly answered and scheduled as quickly as possible. The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable and professional and I was extremely happy about the services they provide! I would highly recommend Paul’s!

I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. On Friday night, old water was moving up through my bathtub piping and when I ran my washing machine, the sewer line in the basement wasn't draining and beginning to flood my basement. I called Paul's Anytime on Saturday and Nick came out about an hour later. Nick was genuine, professional, and up front about pricing. He tried to snake my sewer line, but had to stop because he thought the line might be collapsed. He said he would return early Monday. Meanwhile, I was panicked because I had read so many horror stories about collapsed sewer lines. I called my usual plumber and he came out on Sunday and had my sewer line scoped. This plumber said the line wasn't collapsed, but that they would need to tear up my bathroom to replace a bad pipe to the price of $4800. At first I was relieved because this was less than I was estimating. However, my boyfriend encouraged me to wait until Paul's came back to get a second opinion. I'm SO GLAD I DID. Nick came out again with another tech early Monday morning and they scoped the sewer line and found that it wasn't collapsed and cleared out a huge clog with grease and hair. There was no charge for coming out a second time and Nick saved me the headache of a huge plumbing undertaking, a renovation of my bathroom, and a home insurance claim. Nick was calm, collected, and professional the entire time. I now have their magnet hanging on my refrigerator and threw my other plumber's card away. Thank you Nick and Paul's Anytime for an outstanding plumbing experience and saving our bathroom and cleaning our sewer line.

Major kudos to Paul's staff, Yuiri and Cam, for repairing my AC unit!! It was hotter than blue blazes outside, but these techs came to my rescue IMMEDIATELY! WOW......I AM IMPRESSED!!! It is amazing how well they treated me as their customer. Their positive 'can do' attitude is a major reason that Paul's Anytime Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling should be one of your first choices to consider when you need a fair and reputable contractor to service your A/C, furnace, and plumbing facilities. I am very, very happy with their service! They have my full vote of confidence as some of the very best (if not THE BEST) A/C, Heating, or Plumbing techs. Trust me, you will not regret your decision to enlist their services on any A/C, Heating, or Plumbing issues you might have! Oh yeah, be sure to ask for Cameron and/or Yuiri!

Said they would fix my faucet, didn’t fix the problem at all and still charged me. Also said they’d call me to get me my refund, never called me back. Also your offer to have me buy a $220 kitchen faucet from you and then you’ll come put it in doesn’t work because I don’t want you in my home again and I can put a faucet in myself. I needed you to fix my existing problem to which you responded, you could. You didn’t fix anything (a bandaid isn’t a fix) and it still has the exact same issue. Don’t blame the hardware like you tried to do. Blame the job not being done and your employees saying they could fix it. Do the right thing and refund me my money.
