I had an old pump which discharged frequently when it rained. I contacted Stratheden Plumbing Services to upgrade the pump since I was afraid of my old unit not functioning during a power failure. Stratheden Plumbing Services was able to assess what i needed from photos of my old basic pump and dimensions of my pre-existing unusually deep and narrow pit. He recommended a terrific unit with backup power that would fit and was even able to hide the backup battery in a pre-existing cabinet. I would definitely use Stratheden Plumbing Services again for future plumbing work.
