We recently moved into a house to find the Salamander shower pump was not working, we found DSB through the manufacturer's web site. Dan was very helpful from the first contact and although very busy, kept us in the picture throughout with regard to when he could attend. The shower pump has since been replaced, the pipework modified to the manufacturer's requirements and we now have a working shower. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and without mess. DSB also replaced a faulty ball valve on the cold water storage tank in the loft in a similar manner. I would not hesitate to recommend DSB Plumbing and Heating.

Dan reacted promptly when we needed help with an awkward leaking lead bathroom pipe.
