Just had a new boiler fitted . Very professional installation. Very tidy . Well pleased . Would certainly recommend this firm. John the engineer very competent and very polite. No mess left behind . Big surprise today was a lovely bouquet off flowers from Natalie. You don't get firms with personal touches like this any more. Well done to all involved .

Great company to deal with. I had a boiler installed quite some time ago, the installation was carried out on time and to a very high standard by a friendly chap. After recently selling the property, I discovered that i couldn't find my Gas Safe certificate. I spoke to Natalie on the phone in the morning and by lunchtime she had emailed me the information that I needed. great service, thank you all.

I was impressed from the start when Richard (director of B&R Heating) came out to give me a quote for a new oil boiler. He had a good look round then explained the options and current requirements for oil boilers, and told me that as an accredited Worcester Bosch installer, they could give a 7 year guarantee. Richard was happy to answer all my questions and as I wasn't sure which make of boiler to go for, he said he would give me separate quotes for Worcester and Grant boilers (my old boiler was a Grant). The quotes were emailed to me within a few days. The Grant was more expensive but the longer guarantee on the Worcester swung it for me. Before I accepted the quote, I had a few more queries which I emailed and were answered promptly (and patiently). A date was booked and on the due date, the engineers - John and Sam - arrived to fit the new boiler. I found them to be friendly and helpful men who worked professionally and efficiently - and within a few hours, the job was done. Everything was tidied up and left clean, and the old boiler and bits of rubbish were taken away. I was left with my new boiler working perfectly, and the necessary user manuals. John had to return a few days later to fit a new fire valve as the wrong one had been delivered previously. This he did expertly and neatly, then went the extra mile by securing the oil feed pipe along its length to the outside wall of the house. Something he need not have done but, for which I was grateful. (This was originally left laying on the ground by the installers of the central heating system about 14 years ago). That particular company eventually went out of business! I must also mention Natalie - in the office and also a director and normally the one who answers the phone. She is always helpful and friendly, and as the first person that a prospective customer might speak to, she is an absolute asset to the company. Would I recommend B&R Heating? Most definitely!
