Despite clear evidence of a long running leak (extensive mould, huge water bills) from Upfields previous work, the company claimed the leak was recent and would not compensate for loss of water (£800+). Additionally their 'emergency number' goes to a answer phone outside of normal office hours Mon-Fri.
