We hired them to install a new furnace and air conditioner. No issues there. However, trying to get them back out for preventative maintenance is difficult. First you have to try to get ahold of them. That's difficult. Next, they cancelled the appointment the morning of. That's after waiting 2 weeks for the appointment. Then tells us it will be another couple weeks before they can get back out. This was all after not receiving a return phone call at the end of last season for service. We will be calling another provider for all of our HVAC moving forward.
