Fantastic service, expert knowledge of my electric storage heater / boiler (Electramate 2000). John quickly found an obscure fault and replaced low cost part, it has been working perfectly ever since. He even gave some advice on best tariff for boiler which has saved me money on my bills too.

Outstanding service from JMC. I called John out for my leaking boiler and he managed to come out the same evening. The boiler was repaired and a service was done at the same time for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and use JMC again.

AMAZING! John was able to fix my Electric boiler, which had not been working correctly for 6 months! He tested and checked everything to find the fault! I emailed him and got a quick response. When he working on my boiler, he explained what he was doing and why he was testing and re testing each part. He replaced the part needed quickly. John also answered all of my questions. I have had 3 other companies who work with my make of boiler (Thermaflow) out to fix my boiler, and not one of them looked into every detail to find the problem like John did!

Very good service from John. Called on Monday night, booked in for 6pm on tuesday and boiler was fixed in an hour. Nice guy and will be using him again for minor repairs that he has suggested to lengthen the lifespan of the bolier
