Extremely helpful! I rang firstly for advice during the cold spell earlier in the year, since then i now have had my boiler serviced and have joined up to there boiler cover plan. Excellent customer service. would highly recommend. :)

Very pleased with the service carried out. I rang there office after finding my boiler had packed in, they were out the same day to provide me with a quote and manage to fit me in the next day for the installation of my new boiler. The office staff and engineers were most helpful and very professional. I will be having all future work carried out by this company.

Twice having made appointments, no one has turned up- first time because it was not written in their diary, and second, they agreed to come between 9 and 12- but arrived at 8 when I wasn't in. Very poor customer service and extremely rude man answering their phone. Never again...

Fantastic service from Scot and Mark an amazing professional team. Full CH system installed in four days. CH worked first time with no problems and the team left the house in a neat and tidy condition when they left. Thank you guys.
